12pm Lunch time hot food will be on sale from a £1 along with snacks, drinks and sweets. Please try and have some change available and pay for food when ordering. Please do not go into the kitchen while food is being cooked between 11.45am and 1pm.
When going on outside please remember that we are based on a busy main road and children must be closely supervised. Jon (who runs the centre) has commented that it is lovely to see the children outside however, as the Embassy cafe is busy between 1 and 2pm can we please keep the main table clear for the cafe customers between those times.
Pool tables and a football table will also be available all day in the games room
3pm is closing time it is important that anyone who is not involved in tidying up leaves the building by this time
Most ages on the timetable are guidelines however some activities will have strict age limits to comply with our insurance.
Please make an effort to help there are just a few of us cleaning up at the end of the day. If you cant stay until the end just tidy up what you or your kids used/ate off/ ect

Please be aware that we sometimes use outside tutors. Tutors may not be aware of the differences between school children and home educated children and we encourage parents to make tutors aware if their children have any special needs or have any difficulties with groups.
